What to Bring

We provide all specialist equipment including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. All that you need to provide is:

  • Swimwear for under the wetsuit
  • Towel
  • Sturdy footwear such as trainers or light boots (sandals and neoprene footwear are not appropriate)
  • Shorts for over top of wetsuit (brighter the better)
