- A deposit can secure your place; however, full payment must be made in advance of the booking taking place.

For corporate, youth, school, and other organisation bookings, an invoice will be issued to secure your reservation. Once this invoice is issued, any changes to the booking can only be made at our discretion and are considered legally binding. Full payment will be pursued through the appropriate legal channels if necessary. We recommend reviewing your booking details carefully before finalising to ensure everything is in order

- If you cancel 7 days or more before your scheduled activity, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
